RIP: Reggae artiste Feluke

Reggae musician Denver ‘Feluke’ Smith was reported dead on September 5th, he had stage 4 colon cancer. Feluke has been battling the disease for the past 6 years and passed away while being treated in a Mexico hospital.

Feluke went online recently, sharing his issues with fans and requesting for help where possible.

“We are all saddened by his passing. We knew he was sick, we knew he was getting better, but with all that is going on in the world today, I don’t know what went wrong, we just never expected his death to be so soon,” Jamaican music extraordinaire Sharon Burke told Loop.

Feluké was most popularly known for his roots song titled “Soul Alive”.
