Reggae Sumfest 2018 turn out has been a success, the many sponsors from all over the Globe are always willing to support the great Reggae Festival. This year Pepsi, Redstripe, Grace, Mello Fm, Irie Fm, Master Card. Jamaica Tourist Board and many other companies sponsored the event and there were travel and hotel partners as well.
Joe Bogdanovich said he was feeling good about bringing a whole new level of entertainment in Jamaica. He said the vibes was good. People had a lot of fun as they enjoyed Reggae music and all that Montego Bay has to offer.
Rygin King managed to get the most forwards in night one has he unleashes his mega hits to his hometown crowd, Hits like LEARN, HOW WE GROW had to crowd going crazy as he was also rushed for the time was short as usual on Dancehall nights at sumfest. I-Octane received a special award for his 10th performance at sumfest and possible giving his best every performance of his career has he got the crowd emotionally attached to his hit songs.
Night 2 had many standouts and as usual more organized than dancehall night. Damian Marley was celebrating his birthday so he got the longest time to work the stage and fans could not get enough of Him, The fire man Capleton closed the show as he usually does and to much surprise the crowd was still out to see Capleton in the early morning sun burning the fire as always.
The local patrons and the many visitors enjoyed the explosion of activity and entertainment on the second night of the Reggae Festival. The Tropical Bliss in Montego Bay was the venue for the Color Fest Beach Party on Sunday, which was the first day of Reggae Sumfest.
The Street Dance at the Old Hospital Park was great on Monday. DJ Powa had the crowd dancing in the early hours and there was give away, food and drink, prizes and more were there for the music lovers.
Orville Hall’s Dance Expressionz Team and Dancing Diamond winners Anchovy High was given special accommodation.
Reggae Sumfest 2018 has been bigger and better, patrons got all they had been promised and more.
Montego Bay is the designated special entertainment district as the second city has the right amount of hotels, beaches and everything else that is needed for accommodating the many persons who visit the city to be entertained each year.
Joe Bogdanovich is constantly looking for ways to make the festival better at all times, so you can look forward a better experience at Reggae Sumfest every year.
