Bouncing back from her delayed start to the 2023 athletic season, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce is hard at work in the gym as she prepares for the upcoming 2024 season.
Fraser-Pryce’s season opener was delayed until July at the National Championships due to injury, but the elite sprinter still secured a medal finish at the World Championships.
On Thursday, Fraiser-Pryce gave her fans an inside look into her workout at the gym, showcasing that her work on the track is only half of what it takes to stay in winning form.
Not only did she undertake several strength training exercises, such as weight lifting, pull-ups, and push-ups, but the mom of one also made sure she carved out some time to spend with her son Zion.
She captioned her post, “All the motivation I need,” as she uses her son as motivation.
Despite her setbacks in 2023, Fraiser-Pryce is expected to make a stellar return for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
