Shenseea has reached over one billion views on her YouTube channel which also boasts over three million subscribers. This milestone comes just days after the release of her latest music video, ‘Work Me Out,’ featuring African artiste Wizkid. The video racked up over 1.7 Million views in 6 days.
Shenseea’s YouTube journey began on November 23, 2018. In less than six years, the 27-year-old has uploaded a total of 55 videos, each showcasing her talent and versatility. Her content ranges from energetic or relaxed Dancehall/Reggae tracks to soulful or upbeat Pop-infused tracks, most of which have captivated a global audience.
As they say, ‘Numbers don’t lie’ and with this achievement of over 1,005,655,420 views, she has become the first Jamaican female artiste to reach over one billion views on a Youtube channel. The numbers show Shenseea’s growing dominance in the music industry.
On Monday, Shenseea took to Instagram to celebrate this significant achievement. She reshared a post from one of her fan pages to her Instagram stories, proudly highlighting the “Major Milestone.”

On the other hand, fellow female Dancehall artiste Spice is not far away from the one billion milestone, she currently has 998,339,418 views on her YouTube channel. Spice uploaded 88 videos and 2.6 million subscribers.
