Silk Boss Performs “Sorry” and Says He’s Not Done With Jahshii – Watch Video

Despite recently going viral for being assaulted by gangsters, Silk Boss has decided to continue with his life and continue challenging his rival Jahshii to a lyrical clash.

Dancehall deejay Silk Boss, also known as the Ice Nation Boss, performed for the first time since it was revealed that he was attacked and robbed of 1.4 million by gangsters who were his friends.

At the Browns Town Tsunami event in St Ann, Silk Boss performed in front of an audience that showed him lots of love and support. He made his entrance on stage singing his ‘Surgery‘ single and then addressed the assault by announcing that even though things were unfolding in the media, he did not allow anything to get the best of him.

He went into performing his hit song ‘Mankind,’ which was greatly received by the energized crowd.

“A di grace a God mek mi deh yah fi unnuh,” he added before returning to the song. He went back to singing his first song, ‘Surgery,’ with the audience singing each word.

“Bwoy sometime mi affi wonder if a sign fadda God a show mi, but yuh know weh mi affi do; ‘Wul’ me own and trod eh road’,” he said as he broke out into his song ‘Life Story.’

Silk Boss treated the female audience to his songs ‘She Geet Weh‘ and ‘Nah Leave.’ He moved on to “Stay To Miself,” as he indicated that the fight he was getting motivated him to keep pushing. Additionally, he performed the first song he did dissing Jahshii, ‘Facts,’ and his last diss track, ‘Last Nation.’

He announced that despite the assault, which became the centre of nearly everyone’s attention, he remained focused on getting back at Jahshii for provoking him. “Mi nuh know if a true dem see likkle somting a gwan pan di media dem think seh mi lef offa dem case cause dem benna provoke me,” he said before moving on to calling Jahshii a “coward”.

He subsequently warned that whenever he switched from being humble, there would be “trouble inna dancehall.” Silk Boss also treated fans to the first performance of his latest song, ‘Sorry,’ which details his recent ordeal of being beaten and robbed.
