Skeng Booked For Alkaline’s “New Rules” Show

Another day and another reason for a headline about dancehall artiste Skeng, the latest about the St. Catherine “Ratty Gang” deejay is that he will be performing at this year’s staging of “New Rules”.

The news of Skeng being added to the line-up was made public by New Rules’ official Instagram page.

Skeng is also slated to perform at Reggae Sumfest this summer.

The return of the highly anticipated ‘New Rules Festival’ by Dancehall artiste Alkaline will make its premiere on the lawns of the National Stadium in Kingston, Jamaica on July 2, 2022, the show is set to kick off at 8 p.m.

More artistes are expected to be announced soon.

On March 27, the event made an impactful return at the Miramar Regional Amphitheater in Miami, Florida after a four-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Some of Dancehall’s finest acts performed live such as the man himself, Alkaline, Mavado, 450Music, Kranium, Dovey Magnum amongst others.
