Skillibeng and DJ Khaled Are “Up To Something Special”

In an Instagram post made on Sunday, the iconic producer DJ Khaled while enjoying a range of Jamaican delicacies, revealed that he and the new dancehall phenomena Skillibeng were collaborating.
“We up to something special, don’t want to give you too much info but you know how we do it,” Khaled stated. DJ Khaled who has expressed his fondness for Jamaica, its people and music, has been on the island for the last few days with his family working on his newest album.
According to the “we the best” producer he is almost done and is focusing on the visuals and videos for the album and that it was important spiritually for him to be in Jamaica at this time.
In multiple posts made on DJ Khaled’s page, the two can be seen chilling on the exclusive 14-acre private Rio Chico villa and in one post Khaled wrote “Skilli Believed in me! SKILLI DID!” Skillibeng and Khaled both started working together recently but no details were given about the studio session that the producer and the 25-year-old artiste shared.
The producer has also revealed some of the many things he is working on to quickly finish the album. “Wit my boys discussing the album. Going over music, new vocals that we waiting on, videos treatments, album cover, album packaging, press photos, and putting in special calls, last min magic, and special box set for the fans. So much to do but nothing we can’t handle. KHALED FAMILY! THIS ROOM IS SPECIAL FOR ME. ALBUM MODE ITS SPECIAL, VERY! GOD DID!” He wrote on Sunday.
Khaled has also been seen working in the studio with rapper Drake and Jamaican reggae and dancehall legend Buju Banton who has collaborated on the single Holy Ground as well as Holy Mountain and Where You Come From that featured other Jamaican artists.
