These Streets Know My Name sends a strong message about, independence, corruption, modern-day slavery, and what it takes to make your dreams a reality. The chorus of the song says, “these streets knows my name, these legs knows my pain.”

Five minutes and fifteen seconds is the length of the song and it has witty lyrics from Skillibeng, Buju Banton, Capleton, Bounty Killer and Sizzla. Produced by Khaled and Ivan Berrios, the music video starts by showing an aerial view of trees and hills and other landscapes and landmarks that seem to be from Jamaica. Throughout the video, Buju Banton can be seen walking through the streets and hailing the people that he meets along his journey as the name (these streets know my name) suggests.

An Inspired fan commented, “these guys make me wanna chase my dreams and become the best version of my self,” while another commended Khaled for his inventiveness by stating, “DJ Khaled definitely knows exactly what he is doing. It’s great to see visuals for this. 🇯🇲🇯🇲.”
