Soldier In Custody For The Death Of His Female Colleague

The Jamaica Defense Force (JDF) has launched an investigation of a female soldier who died from gunshot wounds. Following her death, a JDF soldier is facing interrogation because the deceased female was his travel companion.

Reportedly, he and the female were travelling together in a vehicle Friday night. The vehicle crashed along Caledonia Road in St Andrew, and the female was found inside.
As more information is pending, it has been reported that the soldier was taken into custody for questioning.
