Soldier Kills this Man Posing with a Stick as a gun in Maxfield
According to reports a 48-year-old man who sells fish and is believed to be of unsound mind was shot and killed by a member of the Jamaica Defense Force on Thursday night while walking along Maxfield Avenue.
Residents explained that because the area is poorly lit with street lights, the law enforcer might mistake the intoxicated man for a real gunman.
