Spice To Drop ‘Mirror 25’ Album “it’s finally done”

The reigning Queen of Dancehall, Spice announced the name of her upcoming album, Mirror 25, as her European tour kicks off with a bang. This will be Spice’s third studio album after 10 (2021) and Emancipated (2022).

Spice whose birth name is Grace Latoya Hamilton uploaded a video with the album’s name to her Instagram account Tuesday morning with a caption telling her fans to “get ready” and that is finally completed.

Back in May, the 41-year-old Dancehaller took to social media in excitement to inform her ‘besties’ that she “just done write” a song for her “happy album”. She also shared photos of herself in the iconic Marina Bay Sands infinity pool which is the largest infinity pool in the world at 965 feet in the sky.

She wrote, “Besties wi affi talk bout this, mi nah lie watch black pretty gyal inna pool.. mi seh mi just write a song fi mi album a while ago, besties song nice… we have a happy album a come,” says Spice before outlining that she has a “good proper album” on the way, she also joked about drowning her self in the pool.

It’s unclear how many songs will be on the album and the featured artistes if any.

The entertainer also shared highlights from her concert in Paris, which was a sold out show, and spoke about how grateful she is to those who support her as an artiste. She wrote, “Lord if I’m ever ungrateful please forgive me…people really do love me. Spice in Convert in Paris and the line wrapped around the building #SOLDOUT sorry to all who didn’t get to come in.”

Spice also mentioned that her new song 2085 Tea will be released on Friday and that she met Afrobeats entertainer Ruger at the airport on her way to Paris.

Spice’s Paris concert was held at the L’empire Club and the reception she got from the crowd was phenomenal. She highlighted her journey from the airport to when she walked out onto the stage to a packed and screaming venue.

Upcoming tour dates range from June 13 to July 28. Spice will be performing in Amsterdam, Toulouse France, Malta, Miami, Atlanta, Canada, Jamaica, Bahamas, and London, with a hosting appearance in NYC (New York City) for Dream Weekend.
