The Dancehall Queen is back and ready to reclaim her sultry and daring persona. Spice newly posted a video of herself on Instagram, her first since her surgery in the Dominican Republic last year, and fans noticed a distinct change in her appearance.
The Tape Measure singer took to the social media platform with a promotional video for an upcoming event called “Diamondz,” which she will be headlining in Queens, New York, on April 8. The video features a close-up of her face, which had a decent amount of makeup, while she wore her black hair down.
As she spoke about the event, she stressed that she would put on an incredible performance, saying, “You know mi a skin right out and gwan wid miself.”
The caption that accompanied the video detailed the event and highlighted that she had “a lot of things to talk about” at the show.
Meanwhile, viewers flooded the post, which has garnered over 28,290 likes, with glee and interesting notes about the singer’s face and nose. According to some IG users, Spice’s nose and face looked slimmer, which ignited speculations of surgery or massive weight loss.
An IG user wrote, “Spice look smaller. Her face look like she lost weight,” and another stated, “She do chin reduction and nose job.” Some viewers pointed out the makeup or a possible filter as an explanation for her straight nose, such as one individual who said, “Looks like make up contouring.”

In December, Spice posted Christmas family photos, giving fans the first look at her after undergoing life-threatening surgery in the fourth quarter of 2022. Initially, she was said to have undergone cosmetic surgery, and complications led to her being ill and suffering a heart attack.
