Swiss Police wants Dogs to wear Shoes

[Sharingbuttons]The heat in Switzerland is unbearable as this Summer seems to be the hottest since 1864. The police in Zurich, the Swiss city has advised dog owners to put shoes on their dogs when they are taking them out for a walk.

The heat from the pavement can damage their feet, as their feet are just as delicate as ours. The shoes also help to protect the car seats when dogs travel in motor vehicles.

They also reminded dog owners to give them enough water and they shouldn’t be left in cars at all. There has been a prolonged heat wave in Europe in July, they even have a drought in some areas.

The temperature is approximately 30 degrees Celcius or 86 degrees Fahrenheit. The Swiss police have put shoes on their dogs as well.
