Talks of Popcaan and Post Malone Collaborating
Dancehall superstar Popcaan and American rapper Post Malone are reportedly discussing the creation of their first collaboration together. The potential single was revealed by Post Malone’s manager, Dre London, during an interview with the Jamaica Observer. Dre London, who is currently marketing his tequila brand Don Londre’s, has Jamaican heritage. In the interview, he shared that he and the two entertainers have already spoken about doing songs together. “Post loves Popcaan, they’ve actually already met at one of Post’s shows in the UK. I also have this dream of a collaboration with Post and Damian Marley,” he stated.
Popcaan, born Andrae Sutherland, has collaborated with a long list of international artistes since entering the music industry more than 12 years ago. The “876 Gud” has worked with international entertainers, such as Melissa Steel, Jorja Smith, Naughty Boy, The Gorillaz, Jamie xx, Young Thug, Davido, Maroon 5, Drake, Snoop Lion, Giggs, and AlunaGeorge.
