Teejay and Masicka LINK-UP In Brooklyn Studio – Video

Young Dancehall superstars Masicka and Teejay recently linked up in a Brooklyn studio and fans are hoping for a musical collaboration. This is certainly a great look for dancehall as the two entertainers are immensely talented acts who have had an unprecedented influence on the genre, during their time.

The reveal was seen on Thursday, September 2nd when the “Uptop Boss” made an Instagram post featuring a video clip from the link-up that showed the two extraordinary artistes spitting some fresh lyrics on an old Dancehall instrumental sounding like King Jammy’s “Duck Riddim”.

In the caption of the video post, Teejay wrote “Just play a riddim mk we fix it up to dub style a so dancehall fi nice big up every artist you hear that who nuh like that dead” said the deejay to his very supportive fans who filled the comments section with flame emojis.

Many listeners of the two entertainers have interpreted the link-up of the two entertainers as a session for a song destined to be on the “Rags to Riches album”, by the “Uptop” singer that will also feature the likes of Jada Kingdom, Rygin King, Skillibeng and more.

Teejay has also announced international collaborations with well-known rappers Kodak Black, and The Game which might also appear on his album set for release in October.
