A woman who was injured in a 2018 shooting incident is now suing jailed rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine.
The woman was at the Smurf Village apartment when she was shot in the foot. The Nine Trey Bloods Gang members were there filming a video.
It is alleged that the legal documents were obtained and the suit states that a person called the entertainer to let him know that the alleged kidnappers were at the video shoot for him.
It is also alleged that he instructed the caller to murder or assault the Nine Trey members who were planning to kidnap him.
Many gunshots were fired at the place not long after 6ix9ine allegedly ordered the attack. The woman was wounded in the back, knees and foot during the shooting.
She says she no longer has her job at the Century 21 department store and was not able to begin training at the police academy because of the gunshot injury.
She is seeking $75,000,000 in punitive damages and compensatory damages.
During the court hearing for Tekashi in December, she said she just want to say, she had scars on her back, scars on her knee, scars on her foot.” She also revealed that July 16 was the worst day of her life and she could have lost her leg and just wants him to apologize.
She was caught in the crossfire. She is a regular civilian who got hit. The artiste was the mastermind and she wanted to face him as she wanted him to know that he hurt her.
