These Countries has No Covid-19 Case

April 4, 2020

The Coronavirus pandemic has swept the world but there are still some countries that have remained untouched by the epidemic.

As of Thursday, there were 19 countries where no one had tested positive for the COVID-19, and they are all located in Oceania, Africa, Middle East Asia.

However, the UN as warned that some of these countries may be “decimated” if the virus spreads to some of them.

In Africa – Lesotho, Comoros, Sao Tome & Principe, Malawi, South Sudan
Asia – Yemen, Turkmenistan, North Korea, Tajikistan
Oceania – Tonga, Solomon Islands, Samoa, Palau, Tuvalu, Nauru, Kiribati, Federated State of Micronesia, Vanuatu and Marshall Islands.

The UN is very concerned about war-torn Yemen in the middle east, as the country’s five-year-long conflict has left Yemen with a weakened population and a shattered healthcare system.

The UN also called for a ceasefire in the war, as the people should be fighting the virus and not fighting each other.
