19-year-old, Jamaican sprinter Tia Clayton finished 7th place in the Women’s 100m final at the Paris Olympics, clocking a time of 11.04 in her third race at the Olympics Games on Saturday. Clayton was the only Jamaican who made it to the final.

Fellow Caribbean athlete Julien Alfred of St. Lucia won the final in a time of 10.72s, America’s Sha’carri Richardson was second and Melissa Jefferson who is also from the USA took 3rd place.
