Trey Songz Being Sued For Allegedly Performing Non-consensual Anal Sex On Woman

American singer and actor Trey Songz is reportedly being sued for $20 million dollars by an unnamed woman for allegedly performing non-consensual anal sex on her. The woman stated that she and the singer were in a consensual sexual relationship, however, this incident happened on March 24, 2016 when she was invited to a house party by the singer.

The woman detailed that she and the singer proceeded upstairs to have sexual relations, however, she recalled how he kept asking if he “could get that ass”, to which she denied. The woman then went on to describe the alleged brutal rape that occurred by Trey Songz, where she stated that he threw her to the ground, ripped her pants off, pinned her down face first and forced his penis into her anus without her consent. She dubs the singer as a “savage rapist”.

Furthermore, the woman claims that there was a glimmer of hope when someone interrupted the abuse by entering the room, however, left quickly after. She claimed that in the moment, she suffered immense pain as she was screaming, begging and fighting the singer to stop but was able to escape when he was ultimately finished raping her. She then grabbed her clothes and ran outside to call an Uber.

The woman was allegedly brought to the hospital by the Uber driver after he saw the severe pain that she was experiencing. She claims that a sexual exam was performed in which she had “severe anal tearing that could require surgery”. The police were subsequently called but she did not disclose the singer’s name as she was “in shock and fearing for her life”.

Nonetheless, the unnamed woman has hired the services of Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck to represent her in the lawsuit against Trey Songz. They have declared that they will continue to pursue justice for sexual assault victims of the artiste, as victims are coming forward each day. Mitchell is also representing two other women who are suing the singer for alleged sexual assaults in Miami and Las Vegas.

Trey Songz’s legal team, however, is accusing Mitchell of witness tampering in one of the alleged sexual assault cases, which was denied. A representative for the singer also announced “the allegations in this complaint are false. Trey looks forward to having the facts fully aired.”
