Truck Driver Charged for Clan Carthy Primary Schools Students Death

The police investigators who were assigned to investigate the death of Benjamin Bair on the grounds of the Clan Carthy Primary School on Deanery Road, Kingston 3 on October 28, has charged the driver of the truck.

He is Alten Brooks a 52-year-old man from Nine Miles Bull Bay, St Andrew. It is alleged that he was at the school picking up garbage with the truck when it turned over on the 7-year-old boy and killed him on the spot.

The truck driver immediately ran away, but investigations were done and he was found and arrested.

He will appear on Friday, November 15, at the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court, where he will face the judge.
