TruVice Drops ‘Ged Up’ Single

With several news stories indicating more and more Jamaicans suffering from depression, reggae recording artiste TruVice released the single ‘Ged up’ in hopes of making a change through music. Produced by Charlton Ferguson of Celebrity Entertainment the single aims to inspire and motivate those who listen.
The Clarendon- native who is signed to Celebrity Entertainment said he was inspired by the struggles of those around him. He said, “Ever since the onset of the Covid-19 Pandemic, several issues surrounding mental health has been brought to the forefront. Now people are more open to sharing their issues of depression and anxiety while some still choose to suffer in silence. This single will inspire people to get up and move”.
The ‘Ged Up’ artiste is no stranger to positivity and positive music, back in 2018 he released his first single ‘Soaring High’ produced by Audiotraxx Production, “Soaring High like many of my songs aim to motivate people. The song was centered around youths who questioned their destiny and what the future holds for them. I wanted to help them to align with their destiny reminding them that they can whatever they aspire to be”. He further added “We all had our fair share of struggles in life, my struggles lead me to create music with motivational messaging that the whole family can enjoy. Imagine a world where the music created can cause great change”.
