The Uber App that was already being used in many places around the Globe was finally launched in Jamaica, and the owners mentioned how happy they were to contribute to Jamaica’s post COVID recovery. Uber reported that the launch gives visitors and residents in Kingston and St Catherine an accessible alternative to getting around, while some individuals will earn extra money.

Guardian Insurance will cover all leases, as they are one of Jamaica’s leading insurance companies.

A “vehicle-with-driver” lease agreement will be available in Jamaica with the Uber App. People who are interested in earning extra cash can find many opportunities in the app as lessor partners, as they use the benefits that technology now provides.

Mask verification technology uses in-app selfies and confirm that masks are being worn, this is one of the many innovations provided by the Uber App.

The App ensures that both users and lessor partners will meet strict safety and health protocols because the worldwide pandemic is still not under control.
