Unruly Boss Popcaan Getting in Shape for Unruly Fest

Popcaan was in the Gym Getting in Shape for Unruly Fest, he wants to be strong and fit for his performance at next month’s staging of his event.

A video post that shows the Unruly Boss doing strength training in the gym caused his many social media followers and fellow entertainers to post many comments on the post. Popcaan’s post featured short video clips with him being supervised by a trainer from Spry Fitness Center in Kingston on his Instagram page.

He was pushing weights on a sled across the room among other forms of exercises.

One woman was sad about the fact that she was no longer using that fitness center now that Popcaan is there.

“When I leave Jamaica and don’t workout anymore at Spry Training you start training there”? A wah di b*mb*cl**t life f**king unfair,” she said.

Some fans even reminded him that health is wealth and expressed delight that the artiste decided that he wanted to keep fit.

While another fan wrote about wealth and health going hand in hand, as wealth can’t buy back health.
Other teased the star about his fitness level being sub-par.

“Dawg look buss to R*ss. don’t #trouble #trouble,” one man posted, Popcaan’s Unruly Fest will be held for the 2nd year on December 21.   It will be at the Goodyear Oval in St. Thomas this year. The line-up includes Sizzla Kolonje, Chronic Law, Bounty Killer, Protoje, Agent Sasco, Sanchez, Capleton, Jah Frass, and other Dancehall and Reggae artistes.

Last year the featured star from overseas was Drake, the Canadian Rapper but Popcaan has not revealed who it will be this year.

When he had the launch at Triple Century Sports Bar in New Kingston, he said the announcement about the international act would be revealed at a, later date.
