A video posted on the internet shows the world’s fastest man getting ready for a pre-game interview on live television ahead of the quarter-final FA Cup game between Manchester United and Fulham. The short video shows Usain Bolt standing on the pitch side at Old Trafford, being directed by a producer on where to stand to get the best angles for the camera.
Usain Bolt has attended many games for the Red Devils in the past, a team he supported from he was a boy. The former sprinter, the world record holder over the 100m and 200m during his visit to Old Trafford also met up with Manchester United’s head coach Erick Ten Hag where they shared a moment and their photos were taken.
Bolt posted one of those photos via Instagram with the following caption, “Just passing on some vital information from @manchesterunited fans in Jamaica to Coach Ten Hag #understoodtheassignment.”

The match saw Manchester United coming from a goal down to beat Fulham 3-1, who ended the game with ten men as Willian and Mitrovic were both shown a straight red card. Manchester United booked their place in the semi-final, where they will face off with high-flying Brighton.
Interestingly Bolt had predicted the scoreline prior to the machine, however, he also predicted Marcus Rashford scoring which did not happen.
