Vaccine Gone Missing at Cornwall Regional Hospital

According to a report from the Jamaica Star, one full vial of COVID-19 vaccine can’t be found at the Cornwall Regional Hospital located in St James. The missing vaccine was confirmed by the Regional Director of the Western Regional Health Authority Errol Greene.
It’s unclear at this time what happened to the vaccine whether or not it was stolen or misplaced. Each vial bottle contains 10 doses of the vaccine. The authorities are currently investigating the matter.
Jamaica started inoculating it’s citizens on the 10th of march exactly one year at the first case was reported on the island.
Earlier minister Tufton dismissed claims of vaccines being sold on the black market in Jamaica and confirmed that all the vaccines on the island are monitored by the ministry.
In related reports, the use of the Oxford AstraZeneca Novel Coronavirus vaccine in Germany, France, Italy and Spain have temporarily halted inoculations and this happened in other European countries as well.
