Vybz Kartel Gets Upset at Man Who Makes Jokes About His Appearance

Wednesday afternoon, Vybz Kartel reshared a video of someone calling him all sorts of derogatory names while reacting to people saying he looks like Vybz Kartel. It appears Vybz Kartel has momentarily put music on pause and is intent on being Jamaica’s biggest internet personality.
Hours after announcing that he started a YouTube vlogging channel with his “wifey”, the 48-year-old Portmore deejay took to X to call out a male who made a comedic video, saying his face looks like a “depressed baked potato” and his nose looks like a “double barrel shotgun”.
According to the individual, his associates are “disrespectful” for comparing him to Vybz Kartel because the Jamaican also looks like “a step father that don’t get no respect in the house.”
Kartel reshared the video with the following caption, “A who this bredda dawg yuh know me .. take it DOWN NOW.” While Vybz Kartel might just being sarcastic, most people don’t think he’s trolling himself.
Seemingly mindful of the backlash the statement might bring his way, the post was deleted from Vybz Kartel’s page moments after it was posted.

Most of Kartel’s fans took to the comments section to inform the recently released deejay that this is how the internet works and that he should not get worked up over it.
One person asked, “Why Kartel no left the internet and get him health in check and come back and suprise us?” Another person said, “Ignore them, teacher, we waiting for them timeless hits like this one.”
