Vybz Kartel Previews First Music Video

Vybz Kartel hints at dropping new music soon, to kick off the new ‘Dancehall school term’, according to Shawn Storm. Friday morning Kartel shared a video clip edited for the first song he recorded post-prison release.
Without giving any details as to when the new musical endeavour will be released, the deejay captioned his Instagram post with the following words, “#thecomet coming soon, Produced by @vybzkartelmuzik_
Engineer @redboom_supamix, Directed by @chrome_video_entertainment.”
The seconds-long visuals mostly feature the Gaza Nation leader by himself performing the song and in other instances by his fiancee Sidem.
Kartel sings, “Prison hot but out a road the heat worse, mi have mi own opinion nuh need yours, di internet a cuss mi bout who mi fi feature some a dem a seh Sidem some a dem a seh Tanesher.”
Notably, a few days ago Vybz Kartel shared moments from the studio setup and the aftermath of his recording of the song.
Redboom and Likkle Addi were present for the recording of the audio which was seemingly mixed by Redboom.
Reacting to the music video preview, Shawn Storm commented, “Ready Now. Mi did tell unu seh a September di new term a start Ina dancehall eno. Now Tek Notes #ThisisDancehallKing.” And DJ Akademiks wrote, “STR8 HITS. DIS ONE YA GAAAN… NO SAH.”
