On Vybz Kartel’s first day of release, he appeared in over 10 videos with the latest being shared by him, around 2:30 PM on Thursday to promote one of his products plus salute two veterans who also did it big in Dancehall.
In the 19-second-long video shared to X formerly Twitter, he states, “Bigup Ninjaman weh wi lef a GP, and bigup Shabba,” then proceeded to promote his ‘Fire Vybz’ grabba. Watch the video below:
At the moment, the flamboyant deejay is the number one trending on X in Jamaica, and he has also been making rounds on many other platforms, Notably, his Instagram following has risen significantly since his release.
Shawn Storm, Andre St. John, and Adidja ‘Vybz Kartel’ Palmer were released on July 31, after being incarcerated for over a decade for the Killing of Clive ‘Lizard’ Willams. Kahira Jones who was also accused and acquitted of the murder is still behind bars because he’s set to answer to another charge.
