Vybz Kartel to Attend Sunshine Girls’ match on Monday, Encourages Jamaicans to Support the Team

Ahead of their matches against the English Roses, Vybz Kartel urged his fans on Saturday to support Jamaica’s Sunshine Girls on Monday, because he will be doing so as well.
The Sunshine Girls are set to face the Roses next week for the second leg of the inaugural four-match Vitality Horizon Series. The decisive last two matches will take place on November 25 and 26 inside the National Indoor Sports Centre.
Rallying his followers on Instagram to support the Girls in their upcoming matches, Vybz Kartel wrote, “THIS MONDAY I’LL BE @ NATIONAL INDOOR SPORTS CENTRE TO WATCH OUR SUNSHINE GIRLS IN ACTION AGAINST ENGLAND.. COME OUT COME SUPPORT!,” Kartel wrote.
Reacting to Kartel’s post, Sunshine Girl Kadie-ann Dehaney extended her thanks.
“🔥🔥🔥🔥 love this. Thank you 🙏,” Dehaney wrote.
Fans of the deejay went on to praise him for promoting the Sunshine Girls’ match.
“Kartel nuh only just receive love from him fans, him give it back to the whole Jamaica 🇯🇲 no matter which sports you do, which profession, entrepreneur, artiste etc. Kartel a show you support 🙌, one fan wrote.
The Sunshine Girls, who are currently Jamaica’s highest-ranking sports team, tied 49-49 with the English Roses in their first match in the Vitality Horizon Series. However, they lost 59-47 to the Europeans in their second match.
