WATCH: Elaine Thompson-Herah Sets Meet Record(10.83) At Rabat Diamond League

Jamaican sprinter Elaine Thompson-Herah broke her own meet record on Sunday in Rabat, Morocco after she ran 10.83 seconds (0.3m/s) to win the women’s 100m at the Diamond League meeting staged inside the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium.

Running in lane 5, Thompson-Herah managed to take the lead about mid-way through the race after not having a great start, she broke the meet record of 10.87 seconds she had set back in 2017.
