WATCH: Massive Mysterious Blast Kills Dozens in Beirut

According to reports from the BBC at least 50 people are dead and over 2,700 are left injured as a result of a massive explosion that took place on Tuesday, August 4th in the Lebanese capital.

Currently the hospitals are packed and numerous buildings have fallen.

The blast is regarded as a possible accident by officials however the blast took place just days before the verdict in a trial over the killing of ex-Prime Minister Rafik Hariri in 2005.
