Police are currently searching for an unidentified female who was captured on surveillance video after leaving a bar in the Kensington neighbourhood of Philadelphia, then passing a man on the street only to turn around and shoot him.
The events leading up to the shooting that took place on June 6 shortly before 3 am was captured on video by several surveillance cameras. in one of the videos, the woman seems to be agitated as she is arguing with someone in the bar, another shows her leaving and crossing the street.
The shooting was then captured in a third video that shows the suspect walking toward the victim standing on the sidewalk of Wishart Street. The man can be seen stepping aside and then turning away from her as she seems to be speaking to him, she then reaches into her purse, turns back towards him and lets off what appears to be one gunshot.
the victim can be seen falling to the ground and writhing in pain as the woman walks away as if nothing happened. following the shooting the victim was found by officers from the SEPTA Police Department who rushed him to the Temple University Hospital where he was treated for a gunshot wound to his abdomen.
According to the Philadelphia police department, the suspect who is still at large and wanted for the aggravated assault was last seen driving a silver Dodge Magnum and wore a striped, red, white and blue jacket over a tan dress. She is described as being between the ages of 40 and 50, has shoulder-length black hair and is of medium build with numerous tattoos on her chest.
