XXXtentacion’s Music Topping Charts Since his Death
[Sharingbuttons]XXXtentacion’s music is ruling the charts since his death, the rapper and singer who was murdered in Deerfeild, Florida was the son of two Jamaicans and he was given the name Jahseh Dwayne Ricardo Onfroy by his parents.
His song “Sad” is number one on Billboards R&B Hip Hip Songs Chart, and 9 of the songs on his newest album are on the Billboards Hot 100 chart.
Sad actually jumped from 52 to number one, and made him the first artiste to climb to the top since Notorious Big who also had Jamaican roots.
The surge in the sale of XXXtentacion’s music is not seen in the US alone, there has been an increase in sales in the UK as well. The Album ? sold an additional 94,000 and went from number 24 to number 3 on the Billboard top R&B Hip Hop Albums Chart.
