2 of Jamaica’s Players to Miss Quarter Final vs USA After Passport Issues

It was revealed by head coach Steve McClaren, in a press conference on Sunday that multiple players were unable to travel to the US to play in Jamaica’s upcoming match on Monday.

Additionally to Mason Holgate missing out via suspension, Ethan Rupert Pinnock and Bobby Reid will be missing out because of injuries. It was revealed on Sunday that Kaheim Dixon and Michail Gregory Antonio were unable to travel because of passport issues

“Both of them lost passports and it was too late to get new ones and get Visa to come over here,” McClaren stated.

Notably, earlier the coach suggested that Bobby Reid would have been ready for this match after welcoming a newborn, however, it was stated on Sunday that injury would cause the Leicester City player to not join the squad in America.

On the other hand, two players will join the squad, they are Midfielder Ravel Morrison and
Khori Bennett, a forward player who plays for Las Vegas Lights FC in the USL Championship.
