Police officers are left processing the crime scene of the shooting deaths of a man and a woman along the Kendal main road in the parish of Manchester early Wednesday morning, according to the Jamaica Gleaner.
The officers were successful in determining the identities of the victims; the deceased female has been identified as Shamoy Borah, of age 22, from Comma Pen, St. Elizabeth, and the murdered male has been identified as 29-year-old Damion Robinson, of Mike Town, Manchester. He was also identified by his more commonly known name, “Bleachaz.”
Reports say that around 15 minutes after midnight, residents heard explosions and alerted law enforcement officers. It was determined that the victims were travelling in a grey Toyota Mark X vehicle with another woman when they were pounced upon by an unknown number of perpetrators.
On the police’s arrival, they found the two suffering from gunshot wounds and took them to the hospital to seek medical care. Robinson was pronounced dead on arrival, while Shamoy Borah died while receiving treatment at the hospital. The third person escaped the assault unharmed.
