As per reports, three-year-old Rojaghn Anthony Hinds was fatally shot while at home on Sunday, shortly after midday. The incident took place in Ebony Vale, Spanish Town, St. Catherine.

The initial report from the Jamaica Star details that the toddler’s father returned home from church and placed his licensed firearm under a couch.
Moments later, while the father who is a businessman was outside disposing garage, a loud explosion was heard.
Upon the father’s hurried return to the house, Rojaghn was found suffering from a shot wound to the head. Rojaghn was rushed to the Spanish Town Hospital where he died.
The circumstances surrounding his death are currently being investigated. The weapon was seized.
