6 People Shot and Injured in Jahshii’s Entourage

Six members of Jahshii’s entourage were shot Friday morning on Constant Spring Road in St. Andrew. The report on the shooting incident details that the victims were attacked when they were inside a vehicle, attempting to leave a popular nightclub.

Senior Superintendent Marlon Nesbeth, Head of the St Andrew Central Police Division, confirmed the attack, but it remains unclear if Jahshii was the target. 

There were no fatalities, and the dancehall artiste was unharmed.

According to a report, Jahshii and his entourage attended a party at the nightclub. When they were leaving, the deejay entered a different vehicle, and soon afterwards, one of the cars in his motorcade was shot up. The shooting occurred around 4:00 a.m.

This attack comes weeks after Jahshii was alleged to be the mastermind behind the murder of a man known as Romie, who is said to be the brother of a “Don” in Grants Pen.

The police had shared that they wanted to speak to the 25/8 artiste, who later turned himself in. Jahshii, along with his parents, insisted that he was innocent. Romie’s mother also denied the circulating rumours.
