Laa Lee’s Career Taking Off Like A “Bird”
The popular ‘Bird’ singer is definitely soaring to new heights with his recent viral single ‘Bong Bing’ featuring Brixton rapper Cristale that broke into the British mainstream.
BBC Radio made the announcement that the popular track was added to Britain’s premium ‘A List’ among other tracks such as Popcaan’s ‘Skeleton Cartier’ and Koffee’s ‘Gifted’ album.
Additionally, Laa Lee’s producer, Frankie who is the CEO of Frankie Music Productions, has expressed his gratitude and happiness for the outcome so far, even though there was still an ongoing promotional campaign.
Laa Lee was also revealed to be nominated for ‘Song Of The Year’ by the Jamaica Reggae Industry Association (JaRIA) last week. He has been nominated with his trending single ‘Dirt’ at the Honour Awards 2022, which is sponsored by CHASE Fund and the VM Group.
The Honour Awards will be hosted virtually on a live stream on Sunday, April 17 on multiple streaming platforms.
The ‘Dirt’ singer who is favoured globally, has lots on his plate with his career booming. Laa Lee is completely booked for the Easter weekend with an expected appearance at Aidonia’s Birthday celebration Saturday, April 16.
Laa Lee’s Easter weekend will start off with a performance at Marco Polo on Friday, April 15 and then followed by Aidonia’s event. Continuing with the festivities, Laa Lee will be at the St. Mary Kite Festival on Sunday, April 17 and the other event will be IGLOO on Easter Monday, April 18.
