16-Year-old Female Charged With Boyfriend’s Fatal Stabbing In Manchester
It has been reported that on Saturday, August 27 along Bethel Street in Manchester, a sixteen-year-old fatally stabbed her twenty-year-old boyfriend during a dispute.
The Mandeville police stated that the incident occurred around 6:45 P.M. Chadane Harriott and his girlfriend was engaged in an argument after which Harriott was stabbed. Allegedly, the unnamed teen used a knife to inflict a fatal neck wound on Harriott. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital that he was taken to.
Citizens of the community detained the teenager and then handed her over to the police who charged her. She is expected to make a court appearance.
The Observer shared the news on their Twitter page and many citizens seemed astounded by the news. A commenter wrote, “These young folks nowadays are angry boi. Life ova!.” Another person simply stated, “16 year old enuh 😞😞,” while someone else said, “We really don’t know wat they were going through leading up to this.”
