Christopher Martin And Ce’Cile’s Daughter to Participate in the Youth Pan American Hope Gymnastic Meet on Friday Representing Jamaica

In a recent Instagram post, Ce’cile gives us an update on her daughter’s progress while preparing for her participation in the Youth Pan American Hope Gymnastic Meet which is slated to begin on Friday.

Christiyana Martin, a child Ce’Cile shares with singing sensation Christopher Martin, turned 10 on Saturday, August 27 of this year, and is lovingly called Nana by close friends and family.

In a previous post by Ce’Cile, born CeCile Charlton, she uploaded a few pictures of her daughter to Instagram to let her fans know that they would be heading to Columbia for her gymnastics competition. She spoke about how proud her daughter makes her and how Christiyana’s “boss attitude makes me feel like this is my greatest accomplishment.”

Her latest post is a video of her daughter practising, using the balance beam, vaulting table, and uneven bars. The caption stated, “Since we came to Columbia it’s been 4 non stop training days. The time and effort it takes to practice these routines is sometimes unbearable to watch, much less TO DO.”

She continues by mentioning how patient both the coaches and gymnasts must be to get the routines correct as they have to do them repeatedly. Ce’Cile sent her best wishes to the team and said, “I watch my daughter in awe. Tomorrow is podium training where they train in front of the judges here at the Youth Pan American Hope gymnastic meet…I wish Team Jamaica all the best.”

She also thanked the coaches (both from team Jamaica and Nishida’s Gymnastics) and her team for all the work that they have put forward so far.
