Following Drake’s suspected diss on the track Meltdown aimed at rival Pusha T, resurfaced footage of alleged Drake fans drenching Pusha T with beer is once again going viral.
Rapper Travis Scott released his fourth studio album, Utopia, on July 28, with Drake appearing on the single Meltdown. The track quickly ignited suspicion, with many taking it as a blatant attack on Pharrell and his new job as creative director at Louis Vuitton, as well as long-time nemesis Pusha T.
Pusha T and Drake have continued their musical rivalry for several years now, with both artistes occasionally taking shots at each other. Amid the pair’s ongoing feud in 2018, Pusha T’s performance in Drake’s home town of Toronto, Canada, was halted when concertgoers began throwing beer at the rapper.
The footage, which has once again gone viral on social media, shows Pusha T having to take cover after alleged Drake fans began throwing cups of beer at the artiste. After the men jumped over a barricade in front of the stage, a massive brawl erupted between the instigators and security.
Pusha T later returned on stage, clearly furious, and stated that the men had been paid to throw the beer.
