Foota Hype and Fire Links Comical Clash Over Microphone, “Me Nuh Trust Yuh” – Watch Video
Dancehall selector Foota Hype and his colleague Fire Links are seen tussling in a short clip currently making the rounds on social media as the two veteran selectors clash over a voice projector (microphone), as Foota Hype calls it.

In a rather comical mini duel all caught on tape, Foota refused to let a determined Fire Links have the microphone. According to the controversial selector, he did not trust Fire Links for both of them to be using the same microphone.
However, Fire Links refuted Foota Hype’s reason for not handing over the voice projector; Fire Links says Foota was looking for excuses and was seemingly dodging his response. Foota Hype responded by saying it’s the same tactics Fire Links used on Maggy, which is a nickname for Tony Matterhorn.
During the back-and-forth on stage, Fire Links kept walking behind Foota in an effort to snatch the microphone away from him. Fire Links grew angry by the second and tried aggressively to grab the mic from his fellow selector, which was unsuccessful.
Foota Hype saw the direction the encounter was heading and told Fire Links to calm down and relax as he went backstage to avoid the constant back and forth. A few security guards also showed their presence to calm the rising tensions by entering the main stage.
