The jam-packed arena brought together Labourites decked out in the party’s green electoral colour, with most showcasing their creativity by stepping out in fashionable pieces for the occasion. One such supporter took it up a notch by tattooing the face of the late, Shahine Robinson, past MP for the St. Ann North Eastern on her arm.

With local general elections set for February of 2024, the Andrew Holness-led administration is steadfast in being victorious. The two-finger victory sign, the party’s signature bell ringing, loud horns, chants, and cheers from supporters and their MPs echoed throughout the Arena and surrounding streets.

During the conference, PM Holness stated that under the PNP Government, the country faced high debt, high inflation, high unemployment rates, an unstable exchange rate, low reserves, and was poorly rated on the international market. He later detailed that since the JLP’s reign in 2016, there have been positive changes.
