Man Who Busted Window During Road Rage in Kingston Arrested and Charged

A day after the video went viral, the man who was recorded busting a window during the road rage in the corporate area has been arrested and has received multiple charges based on a press release by the Jamaica Constabulary Force on Monday.
The press release states, “The swift action of the police has lead to the arrest of an illegal taxi operator who savagely attacked another motorist with whom he had a motor vehicle accident. In a viral video the man could be seen breaking the man’s car window before returning with a sharp object that he used to attempt to inflict wounds to the man.”
“On or about 6:00.p.m on April 26 2024, the police were alerted to an incident that occurred along Half Way Tree road in the vicinity of the National Baking Company,” Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Gary McKenzie explained.
The driver, 37 years old Peter Bramwell of a Kingston address was charged with:
* Disorderly Conduct
* Malicious Destruction of Property
* Assault Occasioning Bodily Harm
The police have also uncovered four traffic warrants and 61 outstanding tickets for Bramwell.

ACP McKenzie is reminding the public that they should allow for due process after a traffic accident.
