Jamaica’s COPA AMERICA Squad Named: Leon Bailey Included
Wednesday night the Jamaica Football Federation(JFF) announced the quad that will be taking part in the upcoming Copa America tournament. Jamaica is set to start the tournament on Saturday, June 22nd vs Mexico.
To many people’s surprise, the goalkeeper Andre Blake who is currently injured makes the list of players, also Leon Bailey who recently announced that he will be taking a break from the national team will be returning to the squad.
The 26-man squad named includes goalkeepers Shaquan Davis, Andre Blake, Coniah Boyce-Clarke, and Jahmali Waite, along with defenders Dexter Lembikisa, Di’Shon Bernard, Greg Leigh, Damion Lowe, Michael Hector, Richard King, Ethan Pinnock, Wesley Harding, Amari’i Bell and Jon Bell.
The team’s midfielders will feature Kasey Palmer, Karoy Anderson, Bobby Reid, Alex Marshall, Joel Latibeadiere, and Kevon Lambert.
The attackers include Shamar Nicholson, Renaldo Cephas, Michail Antonio, Demarai Gray, Kaheim Dixon, and Leon Bailey.

Notably, Daniel Johnson and Dujuan Richards were not included in the squad.
