Mr. Vegas is the “Greatest Dancehall Performer” Right Now, Says Bugle: Interview

Bugle has declared that Mr. Vegas is the greatest performer currently in the Dancehall arena, better than the many emerging talented Dancehall artistes and enduring veterans like himself.

The artiste made the bold statement during a new interview released on Friday. Speaking with Pelpa Time Production, Bugle delved into what makes his music stand out and his latest album, Apex.

While discussing music and performing locally and internationally, the What I’m Gonna Do singer explained that he looks forward to each one of his performances and works very hard to do his best on stage.

“Every weh mi a perform mi look forward to dat. Mi prepare fi it, mi rehearse fi it and try mi best fi deliver to di best a mi ability. Every show is like mi last show,” Bugle stated.

Further speaking on the work that goes into performing on stage, Bugle said that young artistes need more experience to perfect their performances. Bugle explained that Mr. Vegas initially was not one of his favourite performers, but his growth over the years has made him the best.

“When all a yute like Vegas just buss, Vegas was far from being one a my favourite performer. He’s always a favourite artiste a mine… but he was far from being my favourite performer. Now, mi feel like Vegas is the greatest Dancehall performer we have today… Mi nuh si nuh body a do it betta dan him on a stage right now,” Bugle stated.

The artiste added that a good stage performance is something that an artiste masters throughout their career.
