Vybz Kartel Proposes to Sidem: Video

Footage surfaced on Tuesday showing Vybz Kartel going down on one knee to propose to his partner Sidem Öztürk.
This is not the first time that the deejay is asking his “wifey” to marry him. Back in 2022, Sidem revealed that they were engaged, Kartel has also often said that they are engaged and she is his fiancee.
A video also surfaced after Vybz Kartel’s release from prison, over the summer, the video showed him putting a ring on her finger.
Hence this is around the third time the public has heard of a proposal by the Gaza deejay. The new video shows Vybz Kartel at a location which seems to be an hotel, someone else was recording the video.
Kartel opened a door of the room Sidem was in, walked up to her while talking and hiding the ring in hand, shortly after walking up to her, he then got on one knee and seemingly popped the question. Sidem was ecstatic as she accepted the proposal and held out her finger for Kartel to put the ring on it.
The video had his song ‘Interratial’ playing and the original audio was muted, hence what was being said by Kartel and Sidem was not revealed.
