On Wednesday, November 6, a little over three months after his release, Vybz Kartel and Popcaan are seen together by the public for the first time in a comical video.

Vybz Kartel shared a video clip to Instagram of himself on TikTok showing his followers that he was hanging out with the Unruly Boss.
The linkup was done at the Freedom Street Concert launch where Kartel also confirmed that the St. Thomas native will be a part of the highly anticipated show.
Along with the video, Kartel wrote, “Me no like unuh…ME LOVE UNUH!!!!!,” he also tagged Popcaan.
