Foota Hype has reignited tensions between himself and MC Nuffy, threatening that if the Portmore MC calls his name in a derogatory manner again, he will post a damaging video that will hurt Nuffy’s career.
“Nuffy, a years now mi have some things weh mi can crush yo enuh youth… The next time yuh hutter mi name inna a way weh mi feel like yuh a try style mi, mi ago post mi thing dem and rub out yo career.”
“Nuffy remember the Gaza slogan seh, it a tape, nuh man pan the Gaza nuh rape… mi a gi yuh a chance, a years mi have these things,” says Foota Hype, before warning Nuffy not to call his name in a bad way again when talking about Ishawna.

Moving on from his issue with Nuffy, he talked on the tensions between Vybz Kartel and Beenie Man over who is the king of the Dancehall. “I like it, mi like it dah war yah look good, Beenie vs Vybz Kartel, mi wah dah war yah, dah Beenie Kartel war yah ago sweet… mi nuh wah hear nuh excuse,” says Foota.
According to the outspoken selector, Vybz Kartel “can’t ignore” Beenie Man because Beenie is a competent enough deejay for Kartel to have a lyrical clash with. “Kartel mi nuh wah hear nuh excuse cause yuh a voice song,” says Foota Hype.
As per Foota Hype, being a businessman is not a good enough excuse for Kartel to shy away from a lyrical battle for the top position.
