Almost 2Mil Stolen From St. Ann Businessman After He Withdrew Money From Bank

The Brown’s Town Police are currently investigating the strange turn of events that led to almost two million Jamaican dollars being stolen in St. Ann.
The money was reportedly stolen last Friday, after the victim, a St. Ann businessman withdrew $1.9 million from a bank in Brown’s Town.
As per the report from RJR News, the man withdrew the money shortly after midday, and he was followed to his car by security personnel.
The businessman next drove to the Bethany community which is close to Alexandria. Details are that he hid the cash under the vehicle’s seat and went into a restaurant.
After returning to the car, he was asked by a male for assistance in travelling to Alexandria. After deciding to assist the man, the businessman carried the individual for a distance before letting the person out.
As per reports, the passenger got out of the car after seeing someone else who he knows, and he got into the other vehicle.

After carrying out the deed, the businessman searched under the seat for the money, however, found out it was missing.
